This Privacy Policy applies to all services operated by ForgeLogic LLC, including FileWizardIO (filewizardio.com) and SwapForge (AI face-swap mobile application).
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: Email address and encrypted password when you register.
- Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card numbers. We receive confirmation of successful payments and subscription status only.
- Uploaded media: Images and videos you upload for processing. These are processed temporarily and deleted within 24 hours.
- Biometric-adjacent data (SwapForge): Face geometry extracted from photos you upload is used solely for AI face-swap processing and is not stored on our servers after processing completes.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, and device information for security and analytics.
- Communications: Any messages you send to our support team.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve our services.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts).
- To detect fraud and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Google Firebase — authentication and cloud infrastructure
- RunPod Inc. — GPU compute provider for AI processing (data is encrypted in transit)
- Law enforcement — when required by applicable law
4. Data Retention
- Uploaded media and face data: deleted within 24 hours of processing.
- Account data: retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion.
- Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by US tax law.
5. Your Rights
You may request to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, or export your data. Send requests to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand usage. You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings or our Cookie Policy.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately.
8. Security
We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt hashing for passwords, and token-based authentication with short expiry times. Uploaded files are processed in isolated containers.
9. International Transfers
ForgeLogic LLC is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
