These Terms of Service govern your use of all services operated by ForgeLogic LLC, including FileWizardIO (filewizardio.com) and SwapForge (mobile application). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:
- Upload content featuring minors in any sexual or inappropriate context.
- Use another person's likeness without their explicit consent (SwapForge).
- Create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes).
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit our services.
- Use automated bots or scrapers without written permission.
- Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
SwapForge Specific: This application is for entertainment purposes only. You must only use images of people who have given you explicit consent. Creating face-swap content of public figures for deceptive or harmful purposes is strictly prohibited.
4. Credits and Payments (SwapForge)
- Credits are purchased through in-app payment and are non-refundable once used.
- Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
- Credits are deducted upon successful job submission to our AI processing servers.
- If a processing error occurs on our end, credits will be refunded within 24 hours.
5. Subscriptions (FileWizardIO PRO)
- PRO subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/month via Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if no PRO features have been used.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology on our platforms is owned by ForgeLogic LLC or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant ForgeLogic LLC a temporary, limited license to process that content solely for providing the requested service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI processing results may vary in quality.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeLogic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services ends immediately.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
